and it's still Youngblood by a mile.
There are a lot of old receivers that I'd like to see in today's offense. Tony Horne, Youngblood, Terry Smith, Derrick Hamilton to name a few.

I don't see being high on Beaux. I was a true believer of him. He has all the physical assets you dream of in a receiver. He just doesn't have that drive and competitiveness you see in good receivers.

I think Terry Smith would have been a monster in this type of offense. He had great hands.
Derrick Hamilton too, although we at least threw it around some when he played.
Smith's talents as a receiver were largely wasted in my opinion.

Derrick Hamilton is why I wore #21 in every sport I played. My all time favorite.

and make them look stupid. He would catch alot of poorly thrown footballs that were just tossed up in his zip code.
We could certainly use somebody with that skill set right now. Higgins was kind of that guy, but I don't think we've really had a guy like that since Mike Williams.

the guy wanted the ball all of the time. He boxed out the DB and there was nothing he could do.
KY was an overachiever. And he has talented.

I think I would take Airese Curry over Beaux Collins.
Collins and Xavier Dye or Aaron Kelly would be a good one to contemplate

Kelly caught 11 td passes in one season. Collins has 10 in his career.

Its a bit unfair because Collins is not done making his mark on

Clemson.
Youngblood played three years. Had 141 catches for 1709 yards, with 6 TDs. He was a beast and if I had to choose right now, I’d choose him.
Collins is in his third year. He has 73 catches for 1069 yards, with 10 TDs. So while Beaux can make up some ground in catch total. I would offer Youngblood should still have that edge at the end of this season.
Collins is still playing and that is where my focus is. If he improves his separation and tight coverage hands, he can be right up there. I think he needs his fourth year to solidify those skills. He’s really done well the last couple of games. So he controls his own destiny.
