Unusual for us this time of year. Couple the with the problem that since this rarely happens here, almost all homes don't have A/C. So, I've got a fan in the window, but its just moving hot air through the house.

If it is hot here, rest of country must be baking.

I know I'll get no sympathy from folks back in the South, but I grow up in the piedmont of SC, so I know it is hotter there.

But, we I like our nice cool, foggy summers here. But that isn't happening right now.

Here for MJ basketball camp at UCSB for next 12 days....and this place always amazes with the weather but definitely hotter this year. If the powerball ever goes my way after I donate 20million to get the "DSH Dome" built over Intramural Fields so the Notre Dame rain never ruins our lots again I'm buying someplace out here!

... so you should have a nice visit.

Enjoy your stay. Does MJ still tend bar at O'Malley's on State Street during his camp? I'm too old to go downtown anymore and party.

Raised in Charleston, didn't know beaches were cold in the summer and I sure as hail never considered wearing sleeves on 4th of july..
Spent 3 years, couldnt peel out of there fast enough.

97 and sunny here in Denver. Not bad when compared to near-historical lows of 50 degrees in my old home of São Paulo. This is my first summer here & I'm still stunned to be driving down the street in near-triple digit temperatures, but still see snow scattered around the mountains.

I feel like this would trouble me more, but then I take a puff of some legalized Sour Diesel and forget what snow is.

No clouds and sun is glued to your face everywhere you go. No humidity but sun is raging.
