JOE21’s Daughter Linda Has Invited TigerNetters & All To Both His Memorial Services.

There will be two different Services on two different days in November.
* This Sunday November 7th at 3 pm in Clemson Joe Cocke will be buried at a gravesite service with his casket being covered with the American Flag & Taps played at the end (two things he asked for). You are invited according to his Daughter Linda.
* On Friday November 26th at 3pm in Clemson Joe will be honored at the his Methodist Church (check location, not located as I stated earlier across from Soccer Field). Linda has invited you to attend.
Sadly, this Nov 26th date would have been the day that Joe was to have his 100th Birthday Celebration at the Madren Center with maybe hundreds attending, but now we can still celebrate his full & remarkable life with him thru praise, memories, thanksgiving & in Spirit.
Note: I am attending the November 26th Church Memorial and had suggested in a post Friday evening that it would be a treat if TigerNetters in attendance would gather at The ESSO Club afterwards to meet & offer up a toast to JOE21.
I understand he wasn’t a drinker but I bet that he wouldn’t mind us lifting up an Ale and doing a hearty C-L-E-M in Cadence Count in memory of “The PAW Man” who gave out 15,000 PAW stickers in probably 10 Continents.

What I would give to be able to go. I'm sure his daughter knows how we all feel about Joe, but please give her our love and sympathy. Thanks, LBB for representing those of us can't attend. Let's go, Tigers; win it for Joe!
