He's a decent coach, has good teams, but never great teams. Always at the doorstep of greatness, and better than average, but never good enough to go through that doorway.

I see no real chance for us long term to get much better, other than having good but not great basketball teams. Same way we all felt with CTB.

We've had several seasons of not even making the NIT under Brownell. That's bad, real bad.
