Jags and playoffs

News tonight that Titans’ QB Tannehill is done for the year. Jax already controlled their own destiny for the playoffs, and now the path is a little easier. Would love to see TL in the playoffs with a hot offense and some building confidence.

Yes, I’d love to see TL and the Jags in the playoffs. They do control that. I hate to hear that Tannehill is out. I wish he had had more success at Miami. There are always going to be a million what ifs.

I agree…I’m not trying to celebrate his injury. Just commenting on TL/Jax upcoming opportunity.

Tannehill’s fresh start in Nashville was exactly what he needed. He’s a very good QB. I cheer for them most games. I also like Henry…unbelievable RB to do what he does at that size.

we got the end of Jags Sunday game beating Dallas. As much fun in NFL as I've had in ages.

If they win out, with 3 games left, they’re in. Tonight is a trap game at the Jets. If they can win this one, they have Texas at home next week and finish up with TN at home. TN has Texas at home this weekend, then the Cowboys at home and wrap up at Jax. Hopefully the Cowboys will beat them next week. Unless they collapse, they’ll be in.

Tonight isn’t really a trap game. Jax is an underdog.

Next week they are at Houston, not at home.

They should beat the Jets with Zach Wilson starting. He was yanked due to his poor play but Mike White (new starter) is hurt. If they stop the run and pressure the QB, they should be good. I think the line is Jets -2, which is basically a pick ‘em .. home field is normally worth 3.
