A part of the appeal for the NIT has been the opportunity to go to New York and to play in that storied arena.

for basketball, Madison Square Garden has a much stronger tradition.
If the players look forward to Vegas, that’s fine. It’s their trip. I hope they have fun.

But, honestly … forget NYC or Vegas!
Heck, I’d like to see the higher seed get to play at home all the way through the tournament, up to and including the championship game.
And I love the idea of $10 general admission with no reserved seats for every game.
Fans would get behind that, I really believe.

Tell the best team at Clemson in many years that they have to play post season at a crappy place!! Brad's horrible planning for weak teams put this team where they are! They deserve better!

I beg to differ. If you have checked the NIT website you would see that it is being held in New Orleans. Be sure next time before you post something.
