when one of the two current ones leaves. Seems like a really bright guy and a good public speaker.

We know he's tough as nails from his days as a Clemson QB with a porous O-Line.

that he is being groomed for the position once one of the other guys leaves for a head coaching job. He also has previous OC experience as well when he was at Richmond (I think that is right) before taking the job at Clemson. He is a tough, good man and an excellent coach.
