China, then Central and South America. NASCAR wanted to appeal to a more national audience. Both are now suffering the consequences.

From what I’m following with NASCAR they seem to be going up. Stands are a lot more crowded than years past. Added some road courses as well. I have actually gotten back into it and it was tough after #3 passed. Lost a lot of fans after that horrific day and believe they have just in recent years regained their footing but I get your point.
