Initial coot interactions are going well

Hello everyone. Just thought I'd drop by and provide an update on Aggie-Coot relations. Check out these threads on our forum. You're gonna love this.
This thread was started by a coot who, in his initial post, went from friendly and cordial, to threatening, to pathetic smack talk and then back to friendly, ALL IN ONE POST! Needless to say, comedy ensued.

Thanks for all of your thoughts and insights. They were a major contributing factor that made that thread possible.
Here is a thread that we do for every opponent. It's childish and crude, but still pretty darn funny. Enjoy.

Posts like the OP in that thread are what makes our state look bad.
I liked your responses though. Where'd you get those from?

Second of all, congratulations on adopting the phrase "coot" when referring to those homers.
Now go and whip their butts in a few weeks! We will hopefully bookend their sorry season.

everybody you know who may have any sort of interaction with their fan base to please refer to them as coots. And please, feel free to spread the term around the SEC. I can't imagine a happier world than EVERYONE in the college football landscape referring to the yard birds as coots.
By the way, much respect for you and your program. That home and home with you guys a few years ago was jam up and wish we could have some more with programs of your caliber. You guys are first class all the way.
Now please, beat the ever living dog #### out of the coots on Aug 28. Please, do all of college football a favor and shut the old ball sac up, for at least a week.

1% of their fan base are alright. The other 99 are mouth breathing, mullet wearing, couch burning, cousin kissing, doo doo ice eating, #### loving coot trash. I know that your fan base is like Clemson, and you guys are much better than what I'm about to say, but I hope you give them all the finger and tell them to go peck dirt and pump gas. It's what they do best.
Also, don't forget to tell a few of them that they have the attitude of Alabama with the trophy case of Vanderbilt. They love that one!!!

Ahhhh, when did they get a trophy case. I thought they kept the one they had in the locker room. They must have found a china cabinet at the dump and are using it for a trophy case.

Unfortunately, you will be meeting some of the nastiest and arrogant fans in the nation. You would think they were world beaters in every sport listening to them. They run their mouths alot but can't back anything up.

Lol!!! Can you imagine TGA ... we get that level of coot special on Tigernet every year, all year round.
We also do the lookalikes thread. In a couple of weeks ClemsonSuzi should get it started. I wonder how this year's will compare to last year's.

When I first saw you post asking about what to expect, and reading through some of the responses you were getting (laughing the entire time might I add) I figured you would just brush it off and think we were the dumb obsessed fan base in this state and never return.
This is just absolutely hilarious though. The more you come back at them the more of them will show up trying to prove you wrong (or put you in the hospital)
I went to the Clemson/coot game last year in Columbia, and in all seriousness, be careful on your trip. If you get there early (which you should, so you'll have the shortest walk possible to your vehicle after the game) be sure you bring something to eat if you don't normally tailgate. (unless you want Bojangles, as that's all that I saw near the stadium)
Also, I sat 4 rows from the top of the upper deck, and never did I once feel anything like the stadium swaying.
Remember that there are SOME respectful coots though, as we did have 1 coot apologize to us for their fan base's behavior as we were walking (briskly) to our car (which we made sure had no orange/purple showing anywhere)
One more thing, I saw where one poster on your board said something about just staying in Charleston or Augusta, forget that, just come stay up in Clemson and stay the weekend. Especially if yalls game is on a Thursday night. Come tailgate with us on Saturday and possibly find tickets to the game. I mean you can never see enough football right?
Hope you stick around even after your game with the coots.

After last year's Clemson-Sakerlina game

I saw some #### face coot had torn a tiger tail off of a Clemson fan's car. If you don't know, a lot of our fans (myself included) will have a furry tiger tail hanging from out trunk. Anyway, some piece of #### ripped it off a Clemson car parked near ours. Just be carefull if you have car flags or anything that can be ripped off.

"de-tailing" a car really is? They think it means stealing someone's property(Tiger Tail) off their vehicle.

I'm a die hard Clemson fan and my wife is a die hard usuc

fan and I've been to our last 2 games down there and can tell you I have yet to have a pleasant experience with their fan base. It wasn't as bad when they sucked, but now that they think of themselves as world beaters they have an attitude towards other fan bases.
I was sitting in my seat next to my wife 3 years ago and watched a usuc fan coming up the steps and leaning into/pushing every Clemson fan he saw. When he got to my seat I pushed back and he almost went over the railing into the tunnel(gotta love adrenaline). I had security question me and they eventually left me alone when they realized we were in my wife's season seats and he was some moron who bought tix on the street.
Just one of many bad experiences with their fan base over the past 4 years.
