We got killed in the trenches...not sure how Miami punished our lines so bad but they beat us up front

That they did. But what shocked me is our dline got taken to task. 9/18 on 3rd down conversion. And held the ball 38-22.

Great replay. Thanks for posting. And a good example of why Nate Wiggins will be in the NFL in the first round. But also a good example of why Clemson lost four games this year.

You can’t judge them based on a meaningless bowl game. While we crapped the bed when playing them, there is little comparison to the team they are putting on the field today

And when there wasn't a big return, often the first play from scrimmage after the opposition recovered a fumble or made a pick went for BIG yards.

Yeah, we can trot out Dabo's excuses of turnovers. But we were only as good as our defense this year... and our competition has proven to be not as good as once thought.
That said, the bowl games are very unpredictable until you get to the playoffs with all the opt outs and transfers.
