In one angle you can see where he tags him, but you can't see if he's touching home plate. In another you can see him touching the plate, but can't tell when he tags him. All ESPN has to do is synchronize both and freeze it, but they won't do that. The throw was definitely there in time.

The ump started to call him out, then called him safe.
That was the troubling thing.

It looked like the ump was going to call him out because the ball beat the runner to the plate but at the last minute the tag was to the shoulder and the runners hand touch the base first.That is why the ump changed his mind in an instant. He was safe.
