I placed my order yesterday for a 1 yrs subscription which included an 11x14 unframed cover and some other stuff. I requested the framed instead.

Got an email late yesterday confirming my order and it shows Im getting the unframed cover.

I call SI this morning to change that. I get Alan from India who ask me my name. Surprisingly my name is Alan. He ask me my name, I say Alan. He proceeds to call me Bill throughout the rest of the call.

Eventually he transfers me b/c his broken english and my patience are both wearing thin.

Linda from America. To my surprise she has no idea what sports are. She ask if its the Cleveland Cavaliers cover. I explained it the Clemson CFP 2016 cover. She said Oh you want the Alabama Crimson Tide cover? I said No, it the Kaallleemmmpppssooonn cover. Shes oh did Alabama beat Clemson. No Clemson won the game. She then ask if the game was recent. At that point our call got disconnected.
