I'm down from 263 to 220 lbs. I reached 218 once after the separation from the children's mother but that was 20 years ago.

I'm down to 235. Been eating lots of salads. If I can get to 225, I'll be at a pretty decent weight for my frame.

which was a biatch, even then, to get to coming off football season.

Only touched it once, just the tip. Been hovering at 190-191 for the past few weeks.

Not so much worried bout the scale anymore. Been texting stubborn_tiger on the side for macros tips and trading mirror pics to track progress1

Trying to lose 10 more before beach season, but idk if that'll be possible, tbh, without getting pretty crazy on the diet. I also just re-bought my wardrobe so if I go down another pants size, and have to do that again, I'll be brokeded.

When my first kid was born I was 220ish.

I've been off the gym/running/healthy diet wagon for the past week. Hopping back on tomorrow.

Bounced back to 200 and was around 210 to 220 for years. 250 now.

It's all diet and exercise. No meds or surgery.

Just need to make the time for it mostly, then do it. The former being harder than the later

I’ve been as low as 254 but then went on vacay and put a few on. Goal is 250 first, then 240 finally.

Please guys go talk to your doctor and use the meds we have now. It will reduce your weight, improve your health and help you live longer. Plus you'll feel better and enjoy the extra years.
