be filed... We surprised them, but make no mistake... what they filed today had been drawn up for some time. With the conference counter-suing two members... we could see a waterfall of litigation from other schools now.

6) "The Conference have and recover of Clemson damages for its breaches of the Grant of Rights and Amended Grant of Rights in an amount to be proven at trial but which the Conference reasonably believes will be substantial;"

7&8) "The Conference have and recover of Clemson damages for its breach of its duty of good faith and fair dealing in an amount to be proven at trial but which the Conference believes will be substantial; and, This Court order such further relief as it deems just and appropriate."


They are asking to recover damages from Clemson for breaching the G.O.R., which the believe will be reasonably substantial. 1. - Clemson hasn't breached the GoR. 2 - They are admitted that, if we did, we would get substantially more money in the market than what they could have provided.

I am looking for the "breach of fiduciary responsibility" counter suit regarding the crooked backdoor deal with Raycom. They're slamming that door wide open. Old swoffhole set that up with his son and screwed everyone.
