Yes, every once in a while you find someone who knows how to properly brine a chicken breast and make it succulent and juicy, but the vast majority are dry slabs of cardboard.

Thighs are always juicey, moist and flavorful. Almost impossible to screw up a chicken thigh.

No this is not a thinly veiled sexual reference.
