They need to hire whoever Dabo wants as the new AD.
He has said multiple times he has stayed in Clemson because he likes the people he’s around.

I could see DRad leaving if a super offer came from a school with an established set of athletic programs. But Miami???? Hard to believe.

Nope. That’s about as bad as letting players help with coaching searches. There needs to be a line bc one day the AD might have to make some tough decisions.

DRad fire someone??!?. Seriously, most new ADs hired like to take a season and see what the current situation is before making a decision. If it happens it bought Diaz at least another season. When Terry Don Phillips was hired, he waited the next full year before firing Larry Shyatt and then hiring Oliver Purnell.
