game again and I loved it.I thought I was dreaming and
Danny was coach.Old school tough defense, good rushing
yards,low scoring and a sound a$$ whooping.I like a win
even if its one point. It goes in the same column.

We did exactly what I thought we'd do with our offensive personnel issues. Lived to fight another day and took the W.

Concur! We knew their OL stunk and our D was good. We knew our Off was far from 100% and they have an average Def. While I would have expected at least 1 td and not 3 FGs, the score was probably only slightly lower than I expected and we Won.

and be happy with a W especially after last year’s sheet show.

W puts Tigers at 30 more hard-fought wins against the State’s original colony school that’s 95 years older, more $, more students, more Alumni, central location..but with 30 LESS wins!!

Go TiGERS..Jeep ROCKing ‘EM!

I agree that it was a great “old school” dominating performance. Of course I would have preferred the offense to put up more points, but the offense still has problems. Like many, I am hoping to see improvement in this area before next season along with new hires for offensive linemen and receivers. With that being said, the game was called to play into our strengths of the current team which is hold on defense, play field position, run the ball, and chew the clock. The Tigers got the win and everyone should be happy with that. The Gamecocks couldn’t move the ball. It would have been foolish to call risky plays with the season that we have had.
