still can't believe it. What an incredible game. Every time UNC made a run and it felt like the roof was gonna blow off the Dean Dome with another bucket we found a way to silence the crowd. Our guys never flinched. Guessing I am one of approximately 50 Clemson alums to say I watched us win in the Dean Dome. Hope this can jump board us for the rest of the season. Go Tigers!

Basketball is just so important at Carolina that it makes winning there special. The box score shows the crowd was over 20,000 and I am sure 19,950 thought they would win. Back in the late 70's we went to the Blue-White game in Carmichael after going to the Clemson-Carolina football and it was just crazy. You had to have a ticket and there was not an empty seat in the building. Any win in Chapel Hill is a good win and thanks to Coach Brownell and great play by our players, we now have 2 with hopefully more to come.

Definitely worth the trip for any basketball fan, just a massive stadium for college hoops and the fans care so much. Fun to see a place where they care more about hoops than football, but Im glad we are football first

You could see a little patch of orange here and there. I loved seeing many of the fans exiting early.

Pretty sure it was 1987. As I recall, we were ranked and actually a slight favorite…but got boatraced from the opening tip and lost by about 30
