If over a 14 year period (or perhaps longer) you have so little of institutional control over your program, and you don't get the death penalty...let's stop throwing it around when a rival school gets an extra dessert at dinner.

I'm glad the NCAA gave them what they got, but if anything ever called for the death penalty...this was it.
