I like Dabo more. Dabo has been able to achieve more at Clemson than TB ever did.
We should all thank TB for helping to build a solid program. But we should also appreciate Dabo for taking that program to another level.
One would have to have their head up their #### to not admit Dabo is doing a good job. He's recruiting at an extremely high level. He's competing for ACC championships. And he's put together one heck of a coaching staff.

Every day when I read another episode of the saga that continues in Chapel Hill, I love Clemson even more. Dabo will never get the respect and admiration of the college football world the way that 'some' coaches have in blue heaven but he will always have mine (and, I hope yours) because he is a number one guy coaching at a number one university. Excuse me while I go kiss my diploma again!!!

"I told you so."- If they would recognize Dabo and how much he has grown as a head coach they would realize we have the right man in place.
However, those people will likely never change...so, oh well.

say he is one of the biggest reasons we are just now getting back to being a consistent competitior like we look to be getting to.
People want to give him credit for facilities, beating USuC, etc. He didnt do that, FYI TDP took our facilities to a new level and USuC sucked.
If he was any good, we would be better than we were when he left.
Clemson (though improved under his tenure) were set back years by his hire.
We hired a name and that was all we got. If his name was Dabo Sweeney, he would be fired in 4 or 5 years tops.

Amen. If his name was Tommy Sweeney he would have never been hired. We hired and Bowden and got a Rodriguez as a a bonus and we were successful for a short while. The Merriweather FU was enough to get him fired and perhaps stoned to death. lol!!!!
