The story of an indian chief reminded me of a stupid joke my dad told

An Indian chief named Chief Bowels is being asked to move off a reservation, but refuses. One day he walks into the nearby town and goes into the army hospital, mistaking it for the army headquarters. He goes up to a nurse and says "Bowels no move." So the nurse says, "Here, take this for 2 days, then come back and see me."

So the Indian chief comes back after 2 days and says, "Bowels no move." The nurse says, looking a little disgruntled, "Here, take this for 4 days and come back to see me."

So the Indian chief comes back after 4 days, and before he could say anything, the nurse says, "Let me guess. Bowels no move." The chief says, "No, Bowels move. Teepee full of crap."

says 'Big Chief no fart'.
Doc hands him a couple of pills and tells him to have the Chief take one a day for the next couple of days, and come back if that doesn't help.

Two days later the brave comes back. 'Big Chief no fart'.
Doc hands him a few more pills and says take one pill 3 x a day, and come back in two days if that doesn't help.

Two more days go by and the brave is back again. 'Big Chief no fart'.
Doc is exasperated, so he gives the brave a whole bottle of pills and instructions to take 2 pills every two hours.

Two more days go by and the brave is back. 'Big Chief no fart'.
Doc hands him a whole other bottle of pills and says to take all of the pills at once.

The next morning the brave is back. Doc says 'Don't tell me that didn't work!'
Brave nods sullenly. 'Big fart, no Chief'.
