Agreed , should be an ejection .
These calls on targeting are subjective IMO .

I've seen several Clemson players kicked out of games in the last several years for hits way less controversial than that. That hit was the definition of targeting.

I hate when they call hits like that "targeting." The guy was trying to hit him in the chest with his shoulder. Not even sure what people want the defensive players to do in that situation.

But I just can't see how anyone can watch that play and not see forcible contact to the receivers head. We can discuss hanging the rule, but we just simply disagree if you didn't see that as contact to head and neck area.
