How was my weekend, you ask?

Fri - Thursday play at Augusta National didn't finish, so had to get up and be in place there at the asscrack of dawn. Cold af, wind picked up and blew harder and harder all day, colder af but thank Mothra round 2 was completed and we were back on schedule. Met brother, another buddy that is also a scorer, and two of his friends from Chicago at Mellow in Augusta for some beers. They stayed to eat, I hightailed it to Aiken and went downtown for a couple more beers and hung with a buddy that does transportation during Masters week. Sang one song.
Sat - got to sleep in a touch. Had a really good day working on hole 15, actually got to take the pullover off a little. Met brother, same scorer buddy, bypass brother and his wife at Longhorns in Augusta as is the Saturday tradition passed down from my dad and scorer buddy's FIL. I discovered that a Masters BBQ sandwich during the day and a sirloin steak at night is a really REALLY BAD idea. Trip back to Aiken was long and painful. Super tired so attempted to drink a beer, had maybe two ounces and crashed tf out.
Sun - got to sleep in a little longer. Had an absolutely beautiful day at the Masters. Only negative is they have made the hole I work on (15) so hard that we don't have nearly the number of birdies or eagles that we used to have. Went straight downtown Aiken and met wife and kid, another scorer buddy, brother and some other folks. Had a few beers and sang a couple songs.
Throat has started hurting from breathing in Masters pollen for 5 straight days. Spitting up some juicy oysters and voice sounds like I swallowed some 80 grit sandpaper. So tired right now I don't know what planet I'm on. Think I may die.

As some in here claim?
I think he’s a breath of fresh air, confident but no arrogance or bravado that I sense.
Family man and gives the Maker his due.
Helluva golfer, the new Tiger but without the attitude, social distance, or a father with a huge grudge against society.
Just like in Tiger’s heyday, those who played with him make mistakes trying to best him while he remains steady on course!

He's an excellent golfer. I just never heard anyone rooting him on all weekend, until the end.
