conversation with Cade. Dabo says, "Cade, I know you think you understood what you thought I said, but I'm not sure you realize what you heard is NOT WHAT I SAID!". Because for sometime now, our QB's do not comprehend the firm instructions of the head coach at crucial times. Cade ain't the only one. After a timeout...late in the game against Ohio State...Dabo also told TAJH..."DO NOT THROW THE BALL!!!"...What did Tajh do.......He promptly threw an interception that almost lost the game...SO..Dabo...Have the talk...Mean what you say and say what you mean....

Critical times and have more situational awareness but I don’t think he is there yet. Talent through the roof though

He nearly threw an INT against UNCheat....that throw was inexplicable. I think Cade still has trouble grasping that D1 defensive players have a LOT more speed than what he was accustomed to in H.S.

He clearly doesn't have a calibrated sense of risk/reward. He has all the physical tools to be one of the best QBs we've had, but he seems to think he can do anything he wants and get away with it - without recognizing the penalty to his team if he fails.

He still has that "hero" ball tendency that Garrett and Dabo need to extinguish.

Imho, Cade was in the pocket and unc dude was hitting him no matter what. He had his arms up to block the pass and cade caught him just like a bball shooter would catch a defender off his feet. Cade threw the ball straight up and took the hit above the shoulder pads.

Real time I though what was that! Then the replay showed the guy and Cade did and I thought it was a top notch play to extend and get 1st down.
