Clemson women's golf - Kat Schuster

Kat Schuster is playing in this year's The Patriot All- America Invitational. She's representing Army Sargeant Luther Rabon Jr.

It's a 54 hole event. Final round today. She's currently -1 (12th) after shooting a 69 on Friday, and a 70 yesterday that included her first hole in one of her young career.

Tournament Facts:
84 top collegiate players named to the PING All- America team in NCAA Division I,II and III, NAIA and NJCAA, AJGA, one player from each military academy and select international players compete in a 54- hole championship.

Each player honors our military by carrying a bag with the name, rank and service of a fallen or severely wounded soldier embroidered on the pocket. Following the championship, the bags go to the players’ school for auction, with proceeds benefiting the Folds of Honor.

That 1 sure looks pretty. I hope someone like Lucas or Dabo would purchase the bag for at least 1 million... and stipulate that the bag has to stay in the clubhouse or something. Good cause.

Thanks for responding and the pics. I'm hoping T-Net will do a story and publicize the auction.

Our Gal struggled today, but fought until the end . . . I’m still proud of her!!!
