Nice to see a lot of support and compliments for our boys and Brownell. What a season. Zero expectations and tons of injuries. A team of transfers and youth. And we beat two top five teams and Unc on the road. Have a decent chance for post season play. Great heart and great coaching. 99% of the whining comes from idiots who don’t understand the game or sports in general. Same idiots I hear at the games that yell out coaching advice when they peaked as a .250 hitting pony leaguer, a jv basketball benchwarmer, or wimp too scared to play football. Shut up. You don’t know anything about sports or what it takes to win. Brownell runs a clean program At a football school in a basketball conference with a fanbase of people split between uneducated boomers who didn’t even attend Clemson or young badwagon millennials with no sense of history but huge sense of entitlement. Brownell has adapted and finally got actual facilities like 2 years ago. We are in position to be loaded next year and we’ll only get better from there. Stop criticizing and support the team.

BB teams have played very good defense (overall) consistently during his tenure so not sure what you’re referencing. FT shooting is largely mental but most of our good offensive players shoot FT reasonably well in most instances.

I have noted in most games if we shoot 40% or better from the field, we seldom lose. Not sure why you feel we will not beat teams with our shooting but that’s just a point of disagreement we have. We will likely not continue shooting at the clip we have the past two games but not sure why you are as down on our offense as you seem to be.

Most are not irritated with genuine criticism of the team or coaching but the incessant calling for a new coach when we have a very good coach already (I actually think he is perfect for Clemson) just gets old. Lose one game to a non-elite team and that is about 99% what you see and read on here. If we lose to BC, the BB sucks and we need a new HC will be the standard protocol for about three days.

Being glad when we win and vindictive when we lose is not what I feel our fans should be but everyone has the opportunity on a sports board to post what they want. Glad you make an effort to be fair but frankly, you’re in the minority. Of course, that is my opinion.
