Fluke or a trend?

The Tiger basketball team has been on an amazing run these past couple weeks (minus out of conference play), assuming that we keep up the performance, it has to help recruiting. So are these win over ranked teams just a fluke or an actual turning point for the basketball program?

If an "average" team wins the occasional game against a Top 25, that can be viewed as a fluke ...

If an "average" team wins TWO consecutive games against a Top 25, that creates a "buzz" ... extremely lucky ?

If an "average" team wins "THREE" consecutive games against a Top 25 ... then the team can no longer be considered average, but GOOD. Average teams do not win three consecutive games against Top 25. I view it as the team has finally gelled into a TEAM ... players lose the perception of "self" and play together as a UNIT, a synergy is formed where the "whole" is greater then the individual "units" (players). (I got this from a Marine on the History Channel).

I completely agree with that! That looks like one of the biggest differences with this season's team.... they actually look like a team.
