Absolutely a MUST WIN!

We are the only team in the ACC that has a legitimate shot at beating FSU. This game gives the winner a 2 game cushion, and VT showed just how over rated they are. Winner of this game runs the ACC. And according to the experts who think FSU will win it all this year, if we beat them we should be with out a doubt, a favorite to make it to the National Championship.

With that being said, the ACC looked pathetic today. 3 loses to the big east!? The big eash for crying out loud. And VT being drug to what seemed to be one of the worst looking teams in Pitt. wth?

Our run D hasn't given me any sort of confidence that we can stop their option attack. Not to mention the blown coverages in the secondary. Play action from Washington may be brutal. Thankfully this game is at home, but I'd prefer it after the bye instead of before. But yes, the winner between us and FSU will likely win the division and conference if VT makes it.

That might be the worst convincing score I've ever seen. But I do believe the offense has yet to show their full arsenal. We have too many great play makers on the field. Our o-line has been great here at the start. One positive for the D, BV had to prepare for Fla. St. just last year, and did a pretty good job. I have faith, But it is a must win, not statistically, but we all know it is.

talk....remember we have a propensity to win big games and lose to folks we have no business losing to (i.e. Duke, Wake Forest, NC State). Lets just take it one game at a time and hope we even get to the ACC Championship!

Even if we beat FSU, with the way VT looked, there is still a chance we would have to play GT twice this year. If we can't stop the mighty Cardinals and Paladins, how in the world are we going to stop GT?
My hope of hopes is that somehow, BT has made covering the option much easier for our boys than Steele did.
