I love this kid. Reminds me of Spiller but with more power. He is special. To me on film he looks better on film than Green. He could break the long one on every play. Dying to see Dye in Orange!

This kid looks like a perfect fit for our offense. As much as you like a kid like Green who is built more like a power back that would flourish out of the I formation, Dye looks more like the kind of Back Morris covets for his offense. He is tall, shows patience in a zone blocking scheme, and has those long arms to catch the ball away from his body.
Gallman and Zac Brooks, both hand picked by Morris, seem to be cut from this same cloth, just that Dye is a step above those two. He also hits those cut back lanes with authority and runs with a lot of confidence in traffic.

I think we hit a home run with this kid. He is not your typical compact, down hill runner, he is more of a hybrid that shows a lot of versatility as both a runner and a receiver, just that he has some intangibles that make him a little different.

one complaint, it is that he does not have that 5th gear, yet he is more of a glider.

Dorian O'Daniel can pound the rock at RB too! Both ways!

We could use Dorian O'Daniel Both ways. He is a heck of a power running back. Gallaman is also a very good OLB. It's amazing the talent we have in this class. We have options to move guys from offense to defense like we have never had before. I love the way this class is looking! Go Tigers!
