Does the Saban retirement just further empower the dawgs?

For what it is worth, it seemed you could generally (much more often than not) count on the tide under Saban to keep the dawgs at bay. Hope a team steps up to the task, and it would be great for it to be our TIGERS. Just don't know if we are there now? Sure hope so come football season.

For this year yes, but they will also have to deal with the transfers, NIL, and highest bidder stuff too. After this year, I believe they will begin to lose some of their luster. If they don't win the national championship, some players will get tired of waiting and move on. Just my opinion.
