Does the ACC ban the state of NC for hosting championships

Since the state has squashed gay marriages and even gay unions. The ACC sure took a stand against The state of SC because of flying the confederate flag in Columbia.

I believe that the ban comes from the NCAA and not the ACC.

I believe the SC ban is due to the NAACP pressuring the NCAA.

True, but this is extends beyond the ACC. The NAACP was outraged that we fly that flag down yonder, and put a lot of pressure on the NCAA. Ever wonder why the BI-LO center no longer hosts first round NCAA games? Answer: NAACP.
