Just got home from Fan Appreciation Day

I, like 75% of the fans there, never got in. I've thought about anything they could've done to fix it. Sadly, the only solution is to cancel it. It simply cannot be done as an autograph session. My kids didn't want autographs. They wanted to see football players, cheerleaders, and the Tiger. They wanted to run around on the field. Instead, they stood in line for over 3 hours and never got inside.

At least it wasn't hot! But when more fans have hurt feelings than a good experience, it's time to stop. It was a nice idea and I'm sure a lot of people worked hard on it. But it's just not workable with such a huge fan base

Move it to before or after the spring game or the Sunday after the spring game.

It was done at the spring game. Same format. The problem is ... Clemson has to many fans.What a problem to have.

up the players... say 4 groups per DV side. Make sure at ;least 1 start player is in each.

Make fans decide who they would rather see.

In the past it was just nice to walk around in the stadium. See them up close. Occiasonally talk to a player or two. If the lines were too long to see the DBs we would go to another group. Od just walk on the field.
