today to attend the game tomorrow. But after reading Tigernet, I'm not sure what to do. I fear that my safety will be compromised if I park on campus, walk to the stadium, and sit in my seat --- in the rain. My mascara is in danger of running and that could damage my eyesight.

Agreed.100%. If you are that whiny "fan" and you're questioning whether it will be worth it to go to one of the biggest games in Death Valley history, do yourself a favor and follow these steps..
1) Stand Up and punch yourself right in the face.
2) Good, are you awake and regretting complaining? Problem Solved - you've sucked it up and are ready to be reinstated to fandom, if not proceed to step 3.
3) Do it again, just because you deserve it.
4) Take your tickets and literally give them away, no not sell them, GIVE them to a real Clemson fan who will support the team and be there no matter what. (Like me for instance, if you can't find anyone else)
5) Okay, One more punch to the face for good measure.
6) Now take out your fan card, and throw it in the trash. Don't bother trying to use it for this team again.
Follow these simple steps, and you too, can solve your own problems.
