please get off of your ASSSSSSSES and invent a decent 2 liter soda bottle. Could you accomplish this simple task for humanity?
All other bottle types use the common sense "bottom-heavy" method of balancing without the stupid tapered "prongs" on the bottom that cannot stay upright on a fridge rack. 
Milk....Orange Juice....Laundry Detergent.....Anti-Freeze.... Vegetable Oil. They all have it figured out. Why can't you?
Why did you stop using this type? Even this worked MUCH better.

I think most people today know what they are getting when they buy a soda.
And it's safe to go back to selling them in half-gallon size (64 oz) instead of 2-liters (67.6 oz)now. The metric craze is way, way over - you're the only holdout left. As a matter of fact, I'd have no idea what a liter was without Coke and Pepsi.

throughout the drink so it doesn't go flat so fast. That extends the shelf life of the soda by up to three weeks. Sauce...I work in the soda industry.

Those crappy bottles cost 1/3 of the black bottom ones.
When milk starts going for $0.99 per 2 liters then it will be in crap bottles too.
