Could Clemson field 2 football teams concurrently ?

One could be full of walk-ons and play in the ACC

While the other could be our “A team” and play in the big 10 or SEC?

We could fulfill our “obligations” to the ACC for so long as the secret ESPN agreement allegedly specifies and then double dip with our new conference till we get the all clear from the courts (or till 2036…)

I wonder if the ACC bylaws ever contemplated that?

Or just maybe it opens the door to a "farm" college. Anderson U is starting a football team. I think Trevor Lawrence donated a bunch of money to it. If we could farm players over there with the promise of taking the best players in the portal while providing development assistance to Anderson...it's all in the neighborhood. Load up a school like Anderson with potential Clemson players and help the school out.....recruit for both schools..wink wink nod nod.

You could really see how state “university systems” like unc, uga, and tenn could really take advantage of this if the put their mind to it and forced the issue

The golf coach at University of Houston did that for years. He would recruit some stars and send them to Wharton Junior College, then 2 years later they come to Houston. Dave Williams won 16 NCAA Golf Titles doing it this way......so yeah....it works.
