I fried up some a while back and then put 'em in my gravy and cooked it all down for an a couple of hours. Pour it over rice and you have a fine meal. City folks and yankees prolly won't understand.

well i'm as country as it gets but rabbit is high dollar in NYC but they don't know about the gravy and rice ssh

with directions on properly making a good drippings gravy. It is a lost art but my grandmother taught me well....I only wish I could do it like she did!
