Clemson basketball ins't that important

...that's the message I'm receiving

The athletic administration HAD a chance to show to us and the nation how committed they were to Clemson basketball and they blew it. We're putting another Band-Aid renovation/rebuilt on Littlejohn RATHER THAN BUIILDING A NEW ARENA. That's all you need to know.

If our AD and his administration doesn't care, why should we?

Granny unfortunately I think you are right.

I voted a long time ago for a new arena on a new site, prominent so it can be seen as you drive in and show folks we care. What do we get? Oh, we can't do that, it would take up too many football parking spaces during construction. Please, something has to change or either we just fold up shop totally. I am talking the long time supporters like me, most of whom have now given up. I see no reason that a renovated and smaller LJ is going to make a difference. Maybe finding an assistant who maybe can teach guys to shoot? Any chance that might help? I think the level of frustration has now officially hits its boiling point.

I am of the belief that when Clemson puts forth it's energy towards building a winner it will happen. I've been critical of the "new" arena andI believe that criticism is warranted. This University has the ability to compete at the highest level in any sport! Go Tigers!

not to mention Pitt & UVA.........spend a fortune to be maybe 5th best....not a good return on investment. Only hope IMHO is to go buy a big mane coach and I doubt we can do that.
