In Dabo’s presser yesterday he claimed he didn’t interview anyone and knew right away who he was going to hire. With it being a state job isn’t he required to accept applications and give a everyone a fair shot? If I’m wrong let me know but I thought it was a weird thing to say publicly. Interested to see how the promotions work out especially Goodwin I think he maybe underestimated.

I think the football program is self funded...not a function of state employee pay system. Thus, no "required" open posting of job.
