CFP moved Texas & Alabama both with losses ahead of 13-0 FSU

Why just those 2 teams?
If FSU is soooo bad without QB1 how could the committee tell they were still good enough to be ahead of everyone else except just Texas & Alabama?

They definitely did. There is no way they think FSU is better than UGA right now without Jordan Travis yet they ranked them at #5 instead of #6 where UGA is ranked. UGA only had one loss too and is the reigning national champion 2x in a row and would likely steamroll FSU right now

There are five P5 Champions. Three are undefeated. Two have one loss. Somebody has to be left out. Hey, I know, leave out one of the undefeated ones.

When Alabama started doing their win streak...Texas was doing theirs. Texas had to use a back-up quarterback too... which is why I'm wondering why the committee and some people in this country was throwing shade at FSU when it is obvious when a quarterback that has not had a lot of reps is thrown in a game....yes the offense may be subject to struggle. However....FSU remained unbeaten even with their unfortunate adversity.
As soon as Alabama beat Georgia and Texas beat Oklahoma State....it was if one was going to get in then the other has to too. It was a package deal that was unwanted and no way to reverse it. The way they see it ...the SEC champion carries way too much weight and credit to be left out. In this case Texas's victory over Alabama along with Texas's continued wins and success caused them to be hitched together with Alabama's wins.

to conceal the real reason: inclusion of the SEC, more than likely a cave from intense pressure from various sources, even perhaps from within the Committee.
There was just too much talk, primarily among ESPN anchors, analysts and announcers, all of which stood out like sore thumbs, that convinced me the agenda was set: the SEC HAS to be included. Therefore, the impetus was there. It was a 13-0 vote, which told me all I needed to know about members like N.C. State's Corrigan.

maybe because of UGa’s “weak” schedule although a SEC one? Idk. No use trying to make sense out of this. It’s about 1 thing - $$$. Of all the bonehead decisions made in the history of the 4 team CFP era this is the topper.

The POC, who I don't always agree with, have always included the best team in the nation in the selection of the final 4 teams. I believed it was a mistake when they previously included two SEC teams until the one loss SEC team won out.
We begged for a playoff so there would be no dispute as to which team is wins the title. All we wanted then is exactly what the committee has delivered.
Who can deny these facts?

FsU was good enough on defense to win handly with QB 3...#2 was in concussion protocol and would be available today...he played just as well as JT after JT was hurt...the committee had to make up an excuse to support a stupid decision and assist the SEC...it's all about window dressing, the pride of the SEC, gambling, and most of all money...FSU went out and bought a team using a vast trove of money to lure foolish, selfish young men to come play where winning was much more important than student athletes...they kinda got what they payed for...now they gripe about the process!

Re: gambling there was a ton of $$$ lost yesterday by those who bet on FSU getting in. Vegas got that one wrong which is strange being that the culture there is also based on greed & avarice just like the CFP. If I had a mother-in-law I’d have bet 3 months of her mortgage on FSU getting hosed.

The committee wanted Alabama in. They couldn't do that without taking Texas too. It was easier for them to leave FSU out than it would have been to leave Texas out.
