Can current penn st players transfer w/out missing yr?

I know they did this against USC a few years ago w/ the Reggie Bush scandal. If so lets get right on the phone w/ Penn States top offensive and defensive lineman to come on in for a visit. I saw them ranked preseason in some top 15s so they have to have some talent.

And interestingly, I think the NCAA said they could finish their schooling on full scholarship WITHOUT playing football. I wonder why...Is the NCAA implying that maybe PSU will end up unable to field a football team?

Question: What would YOU do if you were a fb player at PSU, knowing you could transfer without waiting a year to play or you could just quit the team and be on full schollie?
For me - I'd stay. PSU honored their commitment to the player, so the player should honor the commitment to the school. It's called "commitment" for a reason. Ask Dabo what he would expect them to do. Or ask the guy that ended up at UT with a Tiger tattoo on his shoulder what he thinks Dabo would expect.

I forgot to add - I would transfer ONLY if the fb program did not exist at PSU. I would want to play somewhere at least.

I would say that they had a commitment to not get busted for aiding a child rapist. I would say that their players have no loyalty to a program that is so completely corrupt.
