I'm heading up from NJ with my two sons for the game. Probably staying in Hartford the night before. Tix should be easy to come by since BC not that good this year. I've heard parking and tailgating spots very hard to come by at Chestnut Hill...

I will be headed up in the morning on SAT now that it is a 330PM kickoff. And plan to spend the night celebrating our victory! Nice to see a few of us on the boards going!
Would certainly love to know the pre-game bar....though Boston fans in general are brutal for every sport.
Parking is pretty rough... they do run shuttles too. Not sure of the entire area but hope to find some decent spots.

Also, if any of you are staying in the center part of the city and want to get some good food and drinks early, the Pour House opens at 8am, has big 22 oz beers for $6.50, and very good food. If upstairs is crowded, don't fret. They've got a great downstairs.

We're going, here's some tips for your first trip.
Lots around stadium are only open 2hrs before and 2hrs after the game. If you plan to hang around, take the train and walk.
There are a few bars around campus.
There's a place in Newton Center by Union St called Union Street Bar and Grill or something, its a 1.3 mile walk to the stadium from there (and a train station right next to the bar) and in the other direction from the stadium is Rogie's (on the other side of the reservoir). Those are the two places we are thinking of hitting up.
There isn't much of a "bar" scene around campus like Clemson, but if you want to see some more choices, maps.google.com, search for Boston College. Then add the word "bars". If you search for "Boston College Bars" all at once, it searches all of Boston.

Honestly, I have no idea about parking. My honest suggestion, www.mbta.com, chestnut hill/BC station (I'm pretty sure it's the green line). Park at the train station.
