that was the NCAA rating system. According to Steele's system, Auburn comes in at #17 with Notre Dame's schedule at #1 http://www.fbschedules.com/2012/06/phil-steele-2012-college-football-strength-of-schedule-rankings/

I agree. Not a single team outside of a BCS conference with the exception of the 2 other independents.

Oct. 4 (Th.) -- at Utah

Oct. 13 -- at Washington

Oct. 20 -- Colorado

Oct. 27 -- at Arizona

Nov. 3 -- Oregon

Nov. 10 -- Arizona State

Nov. 17 -- at UCLA

Nov. 24 -- Notre Dame

Southern Cal and Notrel Dame are the only schools that have never played an FCS ( Division 1) according to Beano Cook.
