Wouldn't have imagined in my wildest dreams that we would come out with low effort after our last game.
Brownell seems to be having a hard time getting his players' attention.

meant to finish that. We are losing to a 4-8 SC State team 13 to 10 10 minutes to go in first. Look slow and uninspired (wearing this word out today)

and seeing the Ccastal Carolina game the other night down here, where I live, was the worst game I have ever seen Clemson play. I have seen them lose big a bunch of times but they were to National powers with much more talent. There was no excuse for the lethargic play. And worse was seeing no anger from Brownell. Booker showed the only fire, but he seemed to peter out like usual in the 2nd half. Maybe, because he was not getting many fouls on him. What has happened to McDaniel, he was the best most hustling player the first 8 or 9 games. Maybe, they should hire Cliff Ellis back here. He has most success of any of our coaches for a ten year period and only ACC championship. However, in the meantime, I hope the Tigers regain their fire and that was a one game lapse????GO TIGERS YOU CAN COME BACK STRONG!

BACK STRONG was the last of my comment above - wish I had seen that the other night down here on the coast - it was humiliating! "One game lapse" I hope and now that appears to be true! They looked exciting, high jumping, hard working athletics on television, so very disappointing down here on the coast loss to french chickens (Chanticleers)!

yeah SC State came out playing ok and led 11-8. We won by 36.

given the previous game. I would have expected maximum effort from the get go. We surely weren't going to win with that initial level of effort. After that first 11 minutes they were a different team.
