Which current players do you see as potential “Crock Pot” guys?

I'd rather see Adam Randall step out of the crock pot, he has a much better toolset to work with. Cole Turner has a set of wheels and great ball skills. He is another kid that could raise an eyebrow this year, especially after some time in the strength program.
Also, Hanafin and Johnson look Promising as true freshmen, one will have to step up, but I do not get my hopes up too much until they produce on the field.

Sounds a lot like the comment he made a few years ago about players being like growing bamboo. Said you spend years watering and tending to them and nothing, then all of a sudden they grow several feet in a couple of months.
