I'm a realtor. The companies that have the cash offers are usually about 80% of market value

the same kind of as-is purchase below market type offer. They said Open Door really made things easy for them. They were great to work with.

Serious repairs that they don't feel like dealing with. In their case, they just said they wanted out as fast as possible to buy a house they really wanted.
