1. No penalties. Believe David Hood said the last time Tiger did that was in 1952.
2. Mafah's 36 carries tied the all time game record.
3. Swanson had 6 punts inside the 20, 5 in a row and 4 were inside the 10. That was huge!
4. Hartman was 13-30, 146 yds & 2 picks - falls to 0-5 as a starter & 0-6 overall against Clemson. If not for his scrambles, the score would have been more lopsided.
5. Secondary played tremendous - lots of snaps for Freshman and held N.D.'s top receiver in the game to just 35 yds.
6. Hamp's punt returns were unexpected and played a major part in continually pinning the Irish deep. Special Teams played complimentary ball - held N.D. to zero return yards in the punting game. The same returner for them took one to the house last week for 86 yards.
7. Trotter had a Madden type game - insane stat line. He's an All-American and fun to watch.
8. I thought it was X.T.s most disruptive game this season. He seemed to get stronger as the game went on.
9. Capehart standing up Estime early in the 1st was a tone setter.
