None of these transfers or opt outs for draft are surprising when looking at our current roster and incoming recruiting class.
Hopefully Carter will come back and maybe Shipley shocks the world and returns since this year was such a disaster.

With Carter's range - I am certain he has a 1st round grade.
His speed and size alone will get him drafted no later than round 2.
Trotter to me is the better LB, but NFL teams will look at Carter's pure measurables and pick him 1st I think.
In short, I think you can count on him declaring. As well as Shipley leaving; likely for NCSU.
Or maybe ND.

If Wiggins is declaring, it's just a player deciding not to take COVID year to come back, both of those replacements already in The Plan
Heck Trotter and Carter for that matter ,both should have already been baked in. Everyone and their mother had them pegged to leave after this year anyways.
Shaw the LB from Bama that HLRT says is gonna commit is to replace the guy ran off in July
