I know these people, very nice car, price seems high according to Edmunds. A little concerned about the RWD cause we get snow.

my only experience with an Infiniti was a bad one

an ex-girlfriend had one. Everything that broke was $1000.

AC out - $1000
Brake light out - $1000
Radio speaker quit working - $1000

And it was an all-day drawn out saga on every trip to the dealer, even for an oil change (dealer side, not her). Maybe it was the one dealership that was the problem, I don't know.

It was uncanny. I'd never own something that was such an expense(and pain) to service.

Well, what sort of features does it have that makes it an

Infiniti? You could maybe find a new, lower miles Nissian with more stuff in it.

It's pretty much a loaded V6 Altima.

what appeals to me is the really low miles for it's age, and it's been driven gently by somebody I know who wouldn't hoo-doo me. They're just starting out too high on the price.

I guess I've already conditioned myself to think

Accura, Lexus, and Infiniti should have fancy touch screen stuff and all that jazz. I look at the older ones driven by bank folks, compare to the technology in mine and figure they got ripped off.

Have you driven one? They are dogs. The next generation (G35/G37) is a much, much better car.

Nissan/Inifniti = Japanese GM. You're buying a cheap product with cheap parts. Check the front seats and see if they are starting to come loose. Plus they they are very thirsty.

If you really want one, find a 2007 or newer. Also, they come in AWD. Find a G35x or G37x.

I drove one for about a week several years ago. At the time,

I had an I30 that was at the dealership for some warranty work, and they gave me a loaner. Don't remember the year, but it was pre-2007. I remember it as being a nice car, maybe a little small, but very quick.

Agree, would be interested in a G35x or G37x, but they aren't common around here. I see the RWD models do have traction control, so that's a help.

I think I'll go look at it this afternoon.
