It IS a crime to pay a person to break a contract causing a lot of collateral damage. If it turned out that Tajh Boyd had taken money from from a guy who wanted to be his sports agent, and Clemson had to forfeit all the games he had played as our QB, you might see this differently. But I dunno.

What you mean, and I understand that, but the point I was making is we have far more serious issues that people should be getting convicted of, than for a man that gave a college $750, too many getting away with too much nowadays.
