He’s slowly getting back. We’re excited about getting Giff back. It’ll give us some depth right there. But, I think he’s got to be able to go by next Monday. At that point, it’ll be our evaluation, to see if he’s capable of making his footwork and where he is, from a mental standpoint - if he can’t go next Monday and Tuesday, I don’t think he’ll play.” Timothy said that he was working in a green jersey today – no contact – but that he and trainer Danny Poole have put together a plan that has him working against the defense by this Thursday. “It is feeling much better,” Timothy said of his knee. “I was moving around pretty good on it today. Right now, it is just running sprints and seeing if we can get the full range of motion back.” “Hopefully, we can hold Chad as long as we can,” Morris said. “He’s definitely making a strong push to find his way in.” *I asked Morris about
Isaiah BattleIsaiah Battle “Is he going to play? He has to,” Morris said of Battle. “He is going to get in there at left tackle, but does that mean he is going to play 10 snaps a game? Probably not. We just have to keep working on getting him better.”
